Obelisk


The obelisk of the pylon of Louxor. Its pyramidion was formerly covered with bronze spangled of gold. The second obelisk of the pylon was offered in 1831 to France by Mehemet-Ali and dominates the "Place de la Concorde" today, in Paris.
